CANCELLATIONS
If you must cancel, we will only be able to refund the dollar amount of your reservation that we are able to re-sell. No Shows will be charged for the entire reservation.CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES

-Check in is after 3:00 PM and check out is by 10:00 AM. We recognize that flights and tours seldom arrive based on our times. We will do our best to accommodate you whether you are early or late. You are more than welcome to store your luggage, relax and enjoy the common areas in the Inn if you come early and your room is not ready, or if you need to depart late.
-If we are not at home, or if your arrival is after 11 pm, we will leave a note by the front door with your room instructions. We will see you upon our return or at breakfast.SMOKING & ALCOHOL COMSUMPTION
1. Smoking is allowed in the great outdoors, we have receptacles on the decks.
2. Alcoholic consumption is permitted. We respectfully ask that you consume with moderation and are considerate of other guests.CHILDREN & PETS
1. We welcome your family. We have plenty of room to roam and things to do. We ask that you ensure children are respectful to property and other guests at all times.
2. In respect for others potential allergies, we have a no pet policy.MEALS: (coffee available at 7am)
1. We serve a full breakfast at 8:30 with special dietary requests available if coordinated in advance.
2. Self-serve continental is available in the Great Room, for early or late risers.CLEANING & ROOMS
1. Room cleaning begins at 1000. If you prefer privacy, please place your do not disturb sign on your door.
2. The Closet in the hall is stocked with extra toilet paper, towels, toiletries, and more...Please feel free to grab anything you need.
3. Sheets and Robes are changed between guests and once a week for longer stays.
4. Jetted Tubs: Please do not run after 11 pm, the motors may disturb other guests.
5. Please NO Candles, Oils or Flower petals on the beds.OUTDOOR HOT TUB
You are welcome to use the Hot Tub at anytime, but first we would like to show you how to operate it as well as remove and replace the cover. We can do this when you check in. Please read the Hot Tub Safety guide, before entering the pool.SECURITY and FIRE SAFTEY
1. We do not lock the house, as our Guests come and go. Your room does have a lock on it for your privacy.
2. We have NEVER had a problem with crime (You are staying in one of Anchorage's most exclusive neighborhoods); however, we cannot assume responsibility for your valuables and ask that you keep them with you at all times.
3. Fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and CO monitors are placed throughout the inn for your safety.
4. There are telephones in the Kitchen and rooms. Emergency numbers and how to contact us are posted next to the phones.QUIET TIMES
Often our guests have plans to start very early in the morning. We ask that voices, TV's and radios be kept low after 9:00 pm and before 7:00 am.COMMON AREAS and INNKEEPER'S PRIVACY
1. We request that the doors labeled "private" be observed and not disturbed.
2. Guests are not allowed to use our kitchen due to city health safety ordinances. A refrigerator, microwave & beverage service are available in the dining room.OUR DESIRE

B&B Etiquette B&Bs are not hotels. They are private homes offering an alternative form of traveler accommodation. The owners and their guests usually share the common areas of the home. Please be respectful of areas marked "private." One common requirement of most municipalities is that the owner of a B&B must live on premises. That often means children and pets are present. Always ask ahead of time if you don't prefer their company. Unlike hotels, B&Bs do not (or cannot) provide shuttle service. It is often against local ordinances and insurance regulations. If you do not plan to have a rental car, always ask about the cost of taxis and alternative transportation. Public transportation in Alaska is very limited and often not available in small communities.
